2.2 Al Waseem Translation & Services and its translators shall treat all client information as strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the client’s prior consent.
3. Quality Assurance

3.2 While we maintain rigorous quality checks, clients are encouraged to provide feedback for further improvements.
4. Use of Translations
4.1 Translations provided by Al Waseem Translation & Services are intended for the client’s internal use, unless otherwise specified.
4.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that the translated content adheres to any legal or regulatory requirements in the target
language’s jurisdiction.
5. Payment and Pricing
5.1 Clients will be provided with a quote based on the project’s scope and requirements.

6. Delivery and Turnaround Time
6.1 Al Waseem Translation & Services will provide an estimated turnaround time for each project based on its complexity and volume.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 If the client decides to cancel a project before the work has commenced, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are subject to the discretion of Al Waseem Translation & Services and may be provided if the client is unsatisfied with the translation, provided the client can demonstrate specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
8. Copyright and Ownership
8.1 The client retains full ownership and copyright of the original content and any translations provided by Al Waseem Translation & Services.
8.2 Al Waseem Translation & Services retains the right to showcase anonymized portions of the completed work for promotional purposes or translation formats unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.
9. Indemnification
9.1 The client agrees tO indemnify and hold Al Waseem Translation & Services harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the client’s use of the translation services.
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1 In the event of anY dispute or disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation in good faith.
10.2 If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to laws of State of Qatar, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in State of Qatar.
11. Modification of Terms
11.1 Al Waseem Translation & Services reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2 It is the client’s responsibility to review the terms periodically for any changes.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Qatar.
